 | A deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking. |
| It is advisable to telephone to confirm the dates you require before sending your deposit. The dates will then be reserved for 5 days for the deposit to arrive. |
| The maximum number of people to be accommodated overnight is stated and cannot be exceeded. To do so breaks the contract. |
| Visitors are requested to vacate the property by 10am and access the apartments after 3pm. this is to make sure that each property is cleaned and maintained to a high standard. |
| Please inform us if you are going to arrive late so that arrangements can be made for the collection of the keys. |
| Clients are respectively requested to leave the apartments as they find them. Clean and tidy. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. |
| Visitors are requested not to smoke on the premises. |
